“Major findings of gender analysis and impact assessment of energy efficient retrofit of multi- apartment buildings” report
Within the framework of the “De-Risking and Scaling-Up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits” UNDP-GCF Project a sociological survey was conducted in October-November 2023. The purpose of the survey was assessing the economic and social impact of multi-apartment buildings’ energy efficient retrofits on households’ heating behavior and energy expenses in three communities: Gyumri, Dilijan and Stepanavan.
Based on the analysis of collected data through the household surveys “Major findings of gender analysis and impact assessment of energy efficient retrofit of multi-apartment buildings” report was developed.
